information about our customers to enable us to process orders, improve our
site, and provide better services. For your protection, we do not sell your

Shipping
We ship using UPS or USPS. Shipping time within USA usually takes about 1
week.
Sales Tax
By law, we are required to charge sales tax to shipments within California. The
rate on average is 7.25%, but it is different from county to another. if you
are shipping to California, our system will know the county from the city,
and hence give you the tax rate depending on the shipping address information.
if you are shipping outside California, then there is no taxes required.
Returns
All returns must be authorized by AmrMart.com within 30 days of the order date.
Within 30 days of purchase, we will replace or repair, any product that is
deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be
followed.
All non-defective returns authorized by AmrMart.com are subject to 15%
restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days from date of ordering.
Prior to shipping your return, please email: contact@AmrMart.com
to get return instructions. Items must be returned within 10 days after
receiving your instructions and must be packed in the original, unmarked
packaging with manuals, and software manufacturer documents.
